Conversations for people who are up against trauma, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, grief and loss, injustice, domestic violence, workplace difficulties, life transitions, identity troubles, and other dilemmas of life.
Teens & Youth
Having a safe space to discuss difficult emotions, experiences, and problems is important for people of all ages. I welcome individuals 12–18 to my practice.
